 This allows time for fittings, tailoring and selecting accessories.
 Urgent orders are also available upon request.

Yes! 
On eliteszalon.hu you can purchase or reserve many of our wedding dresses, formal gowns and debutante waltz dresses. 
You are also welcome to visit our showroom with a pre-booked appointment.

Yes, most wedding dresses at Elite Salon are available both for purchase and rental, with optional tailoring.

We recommend booking your gown 2–6 months before the event.
 For group dances, early reservations ensure the availability of all sizes.

For the fastest and most efficient booking, we recommend calling us during opening hours, as we can confirm available times immediately and answer any questions you may have.

• The first 3 dresses can be tried on free of charge.
• Additional fittings cost 10,000 HUF, fully deductible from your reservation or purchase.
• If you need more time to decide, you receive a 1-year gift voucher of the same value.
• Fittings are free for expectant mothers and debutante dress customers.

We recommend bringing 2–3 guests for a calm and enjoyable experience.

All fittings require a pre-booked appointment.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart.
 If your measurements fall between two sizes, always choose the larger one.

Yes, the rental deposit ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 HUF, depending on the dress.
 It is fully refunded when the dress is returned in good condition.

No. The cleaning is handled by the salon, so you don’t need to worry about it.

Yes. We provide a 3‑month warranty covering stitching and material defects on all wedding dresses purchased from us.

Only manufacturing-related issues, such as:

faulty zipper,
poorly attached lace,
fabric defects that were present at the time of purchase.

Any damage that occurs during normal use on the wedding day, including:

tears caused during the event,
dirt or stains,
tulle or lace ripping,
stepping on the dress,
damage caused by shoes,
hem damage due to switching to lower-heeled shoes.

This is considered wear-and-tear damage and is not covered by the warranty.

A dress that is too long is much more likely to get dirty or torn. We always adjust the length to the bride’s wedding shoes so the hem ends a few centimeters above the ground.

If you switch to shoes with a lower heel, the dress will sit lower and may touch the ground, increasing the risk of damage. This is not considered a warranty issue.

Yes. At Elite Szalon, every bride receives personal guidance on how to:

manage the train of the dress.
