What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on statutory authorization, you may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online, and upon returning the product you may request a refund of the amount you paid from the merchant. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that, prior to purchase, you had no opportunity to inspect or try the product, and that before purchasing you could rely solely on information unilaterally provided by the seller.
